Hey friend! If you live in the states then this week you’re most likely celebrating Thanksgiving and this week the She Did It Her Way Team is taking off to be present with friends and family.

I want to tell you a little story...5 years ago I battled with myself to be grateful. My brain was focused on lack, what wasn’t in my life, and also focused on what was wrong.

What I want to offer up to you, not just this week, but as a tool for life is…

The practice of gratitude.

Abundance and scarcity are two completely different energetic vibrations. You cannot criticize your current life and business all while expecting something greater to manifest. It doesn’t work like that. It took me years to understand this. I used to look at my bank account and get mad and frustrated that there wasn’t more in the account. For years it was stagnant. It wasn’t until I decided to look at the number in my account and express gratitude for what was there that it then started to grow.

The quickest way to shift from scarcity thinking to abundant thinking is to bring into awareness what you are grateful for. It changes your energetic vibration. Whenever you’re overwhelmed by life and business, take a pause and acknowledge three things that you’re grateful for. This creates awareness and perspective.

With that, I’m so grateful for each and every single of one of you who are showing up and tuning into this podcast every single week. It is because of you that I get to do something that I love and I don’t take that for granted. I’m so grateful for you as my listeners, my clients, my family, spouse and home, and what is yet to come.

I hope you have an amazing week and holiday. I’ll talk to you next week. Keep doing it your way!
